Return Policy

At Designs by KAAVISHH, we craft each piece with passion and care, and we want you to feel just as excited about your purchase. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, simply reach out to us at designsbykaavish@gmail.com within 3 days, and we’ll help you sort it out. You can expect to receive the credit in 10-12 days of placing the request. We’re all about making things right!


A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged. 
  • Once the refund is approved, you can choose between store credits or refund in your bank account. The same will be issued once the product reaches us and the quality check is complete. You will receive the credits within 2 days after we receive the product
  • Store credits are valid for non-sale items only, allowing you to explore our full collection
  • Please keep the original packaging and invoice—they serve as your proof of purchase, and we’ll need them to process your return
  • Sale items are final—we do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted products
  • Please note that returns will only be processed if we receive an email within a 3-day window

Looking for an Exchange?

If you need a different size or have your eye on another item, email us within 3 days, and we’ll check if it’s available. We’re happy to help you find something that’s just right. We don’t provide exchange directly from website currently, we will get it done for you.
• Be sure to keep the packaging and invoice intact—they’re part of the exchange process
• Please note, sale items aren’t eligible for exchange. Once they’re yours, they’re yours for good!

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or adjust your order? No problem! Just email us within 24 hours of placing it at designsbykaavish@gmail.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. If the order has not been shipped, we’ll take care of it.

One last thing—letting the delivery person know isn’t the same as canceling your order with us, so be sure to reach out via email.
