At Designs by KAAVISHH, we craft each piece with passion and care, and we want you to feel just as excited about your purchase. But we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition, simply reach out to us at contact@designsbykaavishh.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we’ll help you sort it out. We’re all about making things right!

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged. 
  • Once a return/exchange ticket is raised over email, kindly ship the package securely and share the proof/tracking details with us within 2 days.
  • You can choose between store credits or refund in your bank account. The same will be issued once the product reaches us and the quality check is complete. You will receive the credits within 2 days after quality check is complete
  • Store credits are valid across the website, allowing you to explore our full collection
  • Please keep the original packaging and invoice—they serve as your proof of purchase, and we’ll need them to process your return
  • Sale items are final—we do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted products

Looking for an Exchange?

If you need a different size or have your eye on another item, email us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We’re happy to help you find something that’s just right. We don’t provide exchange directly from website currently, we will get it done for you.

  •  Be sure to keep the packaging and invoice intact—they’re part of the exchange process
  • Please note, the courier charges of returning the product has to be borne by the customers, the courier charges for the exchanged product will be on us
  • The item has to be unused and returned in the same condition as it was received
  • Please note, sale items aren’t eligible for exchange

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel or adjust your order? No problem! Just email us within 24 hours of placing it at contact@designsbykaavishh.com with "Cancellation Request" in the subject line. If the order has not been shipped, we’ll take care of it.
